We accept introductions where we are not actively aware of an opportunity.  This could include where we have seen a set of marketing details but for whatever reason did not pick up on the possible opportunity.

Please contact us for clarification on fee structure, but at the time of writing (August 2015) we pay a minimum of either 2% of the purchase price or £5,000, whichever is the greater.

In the case of more attractive deals such as but not solely convenience stores, etc. then we are happy to talk about offering a larger minimum fee.  This is usually a minimum of £15,000.

We don’t need or expect you to spend any time thinking about whether something would suit us, or do any research on the property you are thinking of offering us. 

That’s our side of the bargain.

Just email or phone with enough relevant details (the agent’s or vendor’s contact details, a set of marketing particulars, an address needed canvassing, whatever) and we’ll do the rest and keep you informed.

We always give feedback, and without looking we definitely can’t buy.

We are keen and hungry to do deals and incentivised to do so.
