We are principals.

The business was founded and is still run by David Lipfriend.

David has worked in the property industry all his working life.

He started as a commercial agent in the West End of London, specialising in prime retail property and was then involved for a number of years as a surveyor dealing with petrol filling stations, both for existing and alternate uses, on behalf of most of the major oil companies, as well as working with Registered Social Landlords.

For the last 15 years or so, David has been a principal, buying and selling in his own right, with a focus on retail and residential property.

We don’t promise to please all the people all the time, but we are straightforward in all our dealings.  If we hit upon a problem, you’ll hear it from us first.

Problems can crop up.  That’s the nature of things.  We won’t be embarrassed to talk to you about it.  We’ll be upfront and open in the expectation that we can solve it and deliver on what we started.
