Our Fees

For property acquisitions where we are acting as developers or investors, our fee structure is set out below.

For flexi-let opportunities, our fees are on a case by case basis, but are usually based on a fixed set fee per property.  Please call to discuss.

  • We accept introductions where we are not actively aware of an opportunity. This could include where we have seen a set of marketing details but for whatever reason did not pick up on the possible opportunity.
  • Please contact us for clarification on fee structure, but at the time of writing (October 2024) we pay a minimum of either 2% of the purchase price or £5,000, whichever is the greater.
  • We are also happy to discuss enhanced fees, say where perhaps added value is brought to the table or where the deal margin is over and above what may normally be expected.
  • We don’t need or expect you to spend any time thinking about whether something would suit us, or do any research on the property you are thinking of offering us.
  • That’s our side of the bargain.
  • Just email or phone with enough relevant details (the agent’s or vendor’s contact details, a set of marketing particulars, an address needed canvassing, whatever) and we’ll do the rest and keep you informed.
  • We always give feedback, and without looking we definitely can’t buy.
  • We are keen and hungry to do deals and incentivised to do so.
