- Resi & Retail/Mixed Use – tenanted, part tenanted or vacant. At 20%+ discount to break up value. Resi end Cap Vals probably above circa £150 psf & below circa £400 psf. Looking for resi heavy lots. All areas in England & Wales. Lot sizes sub £1m preferred. For long term hold.
- Single shop units with existing resi uppers. Resi end Cap Vals probably above circa £150 psf & below circa £400 psf. Retail rents probably below £20k. All areas in England & Wales. For long term hold.
